摘要 简单介绍了轨廓打磨法及评估廓形的指标,通过试验测定和理论推导确定了钢轨打磨车的作业能力,并根据打磨车应用实际情况,在给定目标轨廓情况下,实现钢轨打磨车的精细化作业,为打磨工艺改进和提高提供了一个研究方法。 Rail profile grinding method and profile evaluation index were briefly introduced. Operation ability of the rail grinding machine was identified by test detection and theoretical derivation, and based on the practical application condition, fine operation of the rail grinding machine was realized with the given target rail profile, which provided a method for grinding technology improving.
