摘要
介绍了用于2.4 GHz ISM频段的通用型射频功率放大器的基本原理框架,分别从检波比较电路、高增益发送放大电路以及低噪声接收放大电路几个部分对通用型射频功率放大器进行了设计。样机测试表明,该功率放大器对输出功率小于20 dBm的WLAN系统可实现21 dB的收发增益,满足中长距离列车无线通信所需的高发送功率和高接收灵敏度需求。
The fi'ame of general purpose RF power amplifier working in the 2.4 GHz ISM fi'equency band was introduced. Design of general purse RF power amplifier could be divided into three parts, i.e. design of the detector and comparator, design of the high gain transmit amplifier, and design of the low noise reception anaplificr. Test showed that, the power amplifier could reach 21dB transmit- receive gain for the WLAN system whose output power was less than 20 dBm, the power anaplifier could satisfy the need of high transmit power and high receive sensitivity in the application of middle-long distance wireless train communication.
