机车变流器模块实测随机振动试验规范研究

Method Research of Random Vibration Test Specification Development for Converter Module on Rolling Stock

为考核机车变流器模块抵抗环境振动的能力,需要按标准GB/T 21563—2008中的1类B级量级进行随机振动试验,而该标准是根据欧洲铁路大量实测数据统计归纳得出的,与我国机车实际振动环境存在差异。对机车变流器模块在京广线和兰新线上进行实测、归纳和计算,得到了随机振动PSD曲线和加速度均方根值,并证明与标准的谱型和量级均具有一定差异性。

In order to assess locomotive converter module＇s ability to resist vibration environment, random vibration test should be made by the standard GB/T 21563--2008 in Class l B grade. This standard was summarized according to the European railway statistics derived from a large number of measured data. However, random vibration environment between European railway and our railway was different. Locomotive converter module random vibration acceleration data on the Beijing-Guangzhou line and the Lanzhou-Wulumuqi line were measured, induced, and calculated, acceleration power spectral density curve and acceleration root value were obtained. Finally, we proved that locomotive converter module measured random vibration test profile type and acceleration r.m.s, had some differences to the standard.
