教学善:教学理论研究的一个应然领域

摘要 教学是一种引人向善的活动,教学善是教学理论研究一个不可忽视的因素。教学活动中的"是"与"应当"不是一种悖论关系,从"应当的善"推出现实的"是"不是"自然主义的谬误"。指向善的教学理论认为:教学善是一种应然取向,通过教学行为的应当引导现实的发展;教学理论具有伦理取向,关注教学行为的正当,以此校正现实中教学行为的偏失;教学理论须以教学善丰富自己的研究内容。 Teaching is an activity which guides people towards the highest virtue. Virtue teaching plays a significant role in researching on teaching theories. The "be" and the "ought-to-be" in teaching are not paradoxical. Deriving from "ought-to-be-good", the "be" in reality is not "fallacy of naturalism". The teaching oriented for virtue theory believes that virtue teaching is bound to be ought-to-be orientation, which is led by teaching behavior; the teaching theory has ethical orientation, which focuses on the appropriateness of teaching behavior so as to correct errors during the process of teaching; moreover, the content of research on teaching theories should be enriched by virtue teaching.
