细节管理与环节控制对医院感染管理质量的影响

Effect of detail management and link control on hospital infection management quality

目的观察细节管理联合环节控制在医院感染管理中的应用效果及对管理质量的影响。方法取医院收治的住院患者120例,随机分为对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=60)。对照组采用常规方法管理,观察组采用细节管理联合环节控制管理,比较两组管理效果。结果观察组感染管理后医院感染率为10.00%,低于对照组的15.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组管理后护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院时间、住院费用,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组管理后满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论住院患者医院感染管理中采用细节管理联合环节控制效果理想,能提高管理质量和满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of detail management combined with link control on hospital infection management and its impact on management quality.Methods A total of 120 hospitalized patients were randomly divided into control group（n=60）and observation group（n=60）.The control group was managed by routine method,and the observation group was managed by the details management and the link control,and the two groups of management effects were compared.Results The nosocomial infection rate was 10.00% in the observation group,which was significantly lower than that of the control group（15.00%）（P〈0.05）.The nursing quality score in the observation group（96.32±1.42）was significantly higher than that of the control group（79.51±1.21）（P〈0.05）.The hospital stay and the satisfaction of the observation group were also significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The detail management combined with link control in inpatients with nosocomial infection has better effect,which can improve the quality of management and satisfaction.It is worthy to be popularized.
