Using ecological research perspective and viewpoint, this article describes the changes of the vocational and technical colleges in the trans-boundary, and the existential predicament by researching on the website information of the colleges and the successful cases study on the school enterprise cooperation of higher vocational colleges issued by the Ministry of Education. At last, the paper analyzes the reform and innovation in the practice of school enterprise integration.
