大学校训是大学精神的折射、彰显,是大学人努力拼搏、积极进取的力量源泉。好的校训能促进师生间的团结友爱,激发师生励志图强,教育师生饮水思源、爱国荣校。我国师范大学校训从不同角度凸显了"为人师表"主题,强调师德的培养和品行的养成,处处彰显出师范特色。但受各种因素的影响,校训的德育功能没有充分发挥出来。研究我国师范大学的校训,体会其深刻内涵,促进其德育功能的充分发挥,能够为传播校园正能量、推进师范大学的发展贡献力量。
