摘要
本研究采用认知行为团体辅导对某高校的30名网瘾贫困大学生进行干预研究,并在团体辅导前后一周进行前后测以及结束后两个月进行追踪测量,与控制组不进行干预的30名网瘾贫困生进行对比,结果表明,网络成瘾贫困大学生在进行认知行为团体辅导之后,网络成瘾症状得以改善,自尊、心理健康水平得到显著提高,抑郁与焦虑情绪也显著降低,且两月后追踪发现干预效果持续存在。
The cognitive behavioral group counseling is adopted in this study to intervene 30 internet addition col- lege students, both pre - tests and post - tests are used in this experiment and the results of them are compared with control group, we find that symptoms of poor college students with internet addiction are improved by intervention, self- esteem and mental health were significantly improved, depression and anxiety were also significantly reduced, and the intervention effect lasts up to two months which is proved by follow- up investigation.
