亚太地区幸福学校框架研究

摘要 如果幸福是人类追求的终极目标,那么幸福学校则构筑了学校教育的主轴,描绘了教育发展的共同愿景。本文系统阐述了幸福学校框架的构建背景、理论基础以及基本方法和具体内容,以便引导和增加社会各界对幸福学校及其标准的认识。联合国教科文组织亚太局通过案头研究、东盟学校研讨会、在线调查和幸福学校主题讨论等研究方法,结合亚太地区不同国家的实践经验,构建出包含3个维度、22条标准的幸福学校框架,提出不同维度的改进策略,从而建构起真正关注师生幸福感的幸福学校。 If happiness is the ultimate goal of human beings, happy school is the main axis of school education, depicts the shared vision of educational development. This paper systematically elaborated the background, theoretical basis, basic methods and specific content of the framework of happy school, to guide and increase the understanding of the happy school and its standards in different sectors of the society. The UNESCO Asia-Pacific Bureau uses desk research, ASEAN schools workshop, online surveys and happy school theme seminar research methods, combined with the experience of different countries in the Asia - Pacific, constructed a happy school framework, which contains 3 dimensions and 22 standards. It also puts forward some improvement strategies to build a real happy school, which pays attention to the well - being of students and teachers.
