疏血通辅助治疗突发性耳聋的临床初探

A Clinical Study of Shuxuetong Injection and Dextran-40 in Treatment of Sudden Hearing Loss

目的探讨疏血通与低分子右旋糖酐治疗突发性耳聋的临床效果与安全性。方法采用随机数字表法将2014年12月至2016年10月确诊为单侧突发性聋的120例患者分两组施治,对照组(60例)予低分子右旋糖酐治疗,治疗组(60例)在对照组的基础上加用疏血通注射液治疗。于治疗前后行纯音测听及血液流变学检查,观察临床疗效与不良反应。结果两组突聋患者的全血黏度、红细胞压积在治疗后均明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率(83.3%)明显高于对照组(65.0%),且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应均轻微,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论疏血通与低分子右旋糖酐联合治疗突发性耳聋的疗效优于低分子右旋糖酐单药治疗,且未明显增加不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect and security of Shuxuetong injection and dextran-40 in treatment of sudden hearing loss. Methods Patients （120 cases） with one sided sudden hearing loss from Dec.2014 to Oct.2016 were divided into 2 groups by the random number table method.The control group （60 cases）were treated with dextran-40, and the treatment group （60 cases） received Shuxuetong injection based on the control group.All the patients recieved pure tone audiometry and blood rheology examination before and after the treatment,and the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed. Results After treatment, the whole blood viscosity and hematocrit of the two groups improved significantly（P〈0.05）, and the improvement of treatment group was better than that of control group （P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of treatment group（83.3%）was significantly higher than that of the control group（65.0%） （P〈0.05）.The adverse reactions in the two groups was mild and had no significant difference between the groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shuxuetong injection combined with dextran-40 in treatment of sudden hearing loss is more effective than dextran-40 single therapy,and will not increase adverse reactions significantly ,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
