新时期,大学校园安全风险呈现出诱因复杂、类型多样、变异加速、危害升级等时代特征,亟需有效的风险防控机制。但是,调查结果显示,大学现有的校园安全风险防控制度和机制不尽人意。引入管理学的PDCA循环理论来完善高校校园安全风险防控机制是一种有效途径。要实现大学校园安全风险PDCA循环防控机制的顺利实施,必须进一步强化牢固的安全意识、制定完善的规章制度、实施有效的信息管理、形成紧密的校内外合作等,从而夯实校园安全保障。

In the new period, risks in university campus have characteristics of complicated inducements, varied types, speed-up variation and hazard upgrade.h is an urgent need for effective mechanism to prevent and control risks. However, a survey shows that the current situation admits of no optimism. PDCA circle is an effective approach to better the mechanism of risks prevention and control in university campus. In order to keep its smooth implementation, we should own a strong sense of security, sound guildlines, effective information management and close cooperation between universities and outside.
