The definition, design method, and significance of physician fee （PF） system are briefly introduced in this article. How to apply the PF system is discussed too. It is pointed that PF system can help motivating organizational performance, and physicians achieving better performance in professionalism, balancing medical service, teaching and research, teamwork, organizational loyalty, and balanced life as well.
