广西少数民族贫困地区县级综合医院儿科医疗服务现况研究

A cross-sectional study on the pediatric medical care in county level general hospitals in minority poverty area of Guangxi

目的:了解广西少数民族贫困地区县级综合医院儿科医疗服务能力现况,探讨其提升对策。方法:通过自编调查问卷对广西少数民族贫困地区27所县级综合医院进行调查,主要调查内容为县级综合医院儿科的床位数、人员、医疗服务量、能够诊治的常见病种和疑难病种、开展的关键诊疗技术或手术等。采用描述性统计分析方法对调查数据进行分析。结果:广西少数民族贫困地区县级综合医院儿科执业(助理)医生学历、职称偏低;县级综合医院儿科工作强度大,医护比低。结论:广西少数民族贫困地区县级综合医院在当地儿科医疗服务中发挥了重要作用;县级综合医院的儿科医疗资源匮乏;应加大医疗资源投入,加强儿科医疗建设,提高其医疗服务能力。

Objective： To learn the status quo of pediatric healthcare capacity in county level general hospital in minority poverty area of Guangxi and to find out ways for improving it. Methods： 27 county level general hospitals in minority poverty area of Guangxi were selected to have a unified. The main contents of the survey were tile number of beds, staff, amount of medical care, diagnosis and treatment of common diseases and difficult diseases, key operation and technique. Descriptive statistical analysis was used to analyze the data of the survey. Results： Pediatric practice （Assistant） doctor＇s degree and professional title are low. Pediatric practice＇s work intensity is heavy, ratio of doctor and nurse is low. Conclusions： The county public hospital in Guangxi minority poverty area has played an important role in the local pediatric medical service. The pediatric medical resources are deficient. It needs to increase investment in medical resources, strengthening the construction of pediatric department and improve the capacity of pediatric healthcare provision.
