Taking total quality management and continuous development as an opportunity, Cancer Hospital Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences has promoted its regular management according to the accreditation index. New management mode which can be described as problem based, patient safe centered and process optimized has been constructed to improve hospital core competition and promote medical quality and safety.
