摘要 对医院微信公众平台进行二次开发,构建微信医疗自助服务系统。依托医院信息系统平台,与银行系统、社保系统、手机平台和第三方支付系统等进行互联互通,设计了签约挂号、缴费查询、住院服务、员工OA、医患互动等20多项自助功能。应用微信医疗自助服务系统提高了医疗资源利用效率,改善了就医环境,提高了患者满意度;将传统医疗服务融入到互联网生态体系,是移动互联网时代出现的新医疗生态。 Through the second development of hospital webchat public platform, WeChat medical self-service system has been constructed. Based on the hospital information system (HIS) platform, interconnection of banking system, social security system, mobile phone platform and third-party payment system, registration, payment, query, Inpatient service, hospital OA, doctor-patient interaction and more than 20 functionality has been developed. Webchat medical self- service system optimized the medical treatment process, reduced the pressure on the window, regulated the behavior of the diagnosis and treatment. The application of webchat medical self-service system increases the efficiency of medical resources utilization, improves medical environment and patient satisfaction, integrates traditional medical services into the Internet ecosystem, and is forming new medical ecology in the era of mobile internet.
