2010-2016年我国住院医师规范化培训文献回顾及现状分析

Literature review and status quo analysis of standardized resident training in China from 2010 to 2016

目的:通过回顾相关文献,分析2010-2016年国内住院医师规范化培训的发展现状,为住院医师规范化培训制度的进一步深化和完善提供参考。方法:在中国知网(CNKI)中文期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、维普期刊全文数据库等搜索并导出2010-2016年11月以来的研究住院医师规范化培训的相关文献,并对其进行梳理和分析。结果:近6年来关于住院医师规范化培训的论文研究内容主要集中在培训方法及管理制度、培训考核制度及相关指标体系、如何与医学专业型硕士教育进行衔接等方面。结论:国内住院医师规范化培训在培训方法上较前更注重临床能力及素质的培养,管理制度及考核评价逐渐完善,与医学专业型硕士教育进行衔接得到政策上的落实,但在培训过程中仍然面临诸多问题。

Objectives： To analyze the status quo of standardized resident training in China from 2010 to 2016 and provide reference for the deepening and perfection of the standardized resident training by literature review. Methods： By searching the papers published during 2010-2016 on research of standardized resident training in China from CNKI. Wangfang Patent Databases and VIP Database for Chinese technical periodicals, data were summarized and analyzed. Results： In the recent 6 years, the content of the standardized training of resident were mainly focused on training methods, management system, training and evaluation system and related indicators and how to combine with professional clinical master education. Conclusions： The standardized training of resident in China became more emphasizing the clinical ability and quality. Management and evaluation system gradually improved. The combination with medical professional master＇s degree education has achieved the policy support. But there are still problems in the standardized training of resident.
