林区职工从事林下经济的行为选择及风险感知研究——基于黑龙江省林区职工的调查数据

Research on the Behavior Choice and Risk Perception about the Forest Workers Engaged in the Under-forests Economy——Based on the Case Study of Forest Workers in Heilongjiang Province

文章以二元Logistic回归模型和Ordinal回归模型为主要工具,利用黑龙江省林区职工的调查数据,实证分析了林区职工从事林下经济的行为选择及风险感知的影响因素。研究结果表明:是否有金融机构代办点、资金来源渠道通畅度、生产资料是否上涨过快、经营技术水平、市场信息渠道通畅度、是否有林业局的引导以及家庭劳动力数量对职工从事林下经济的行为选择及风险感知有显著影响;产品是否滞销对从事林下经济的职工风险感知有显著影响。提出对策建议:完善林下经济风险防范机制及价格保障机制;提高林下产品生产和进入市场的组织化程度;整合特色优质林产品资源,搭建新型营销平台。

With binary logistic regression model and ordinal regression model as the main tool, using the case study of forest workers in Heflongjiang province, this paper analyzed the influence factors of the behavior choice and risk perception of the forest workers engaged in the under-forests economy empirically. The results showed that whether there is a financial institutions agency or not, the unobstructed degree of capital source channel, whether the price of production rising too fast or not, management level, the unobstructed degree of market information channel, whether there is the administration guide or not and the number of family workforce have significant effects to the behavior choice and risk perception of the workers who engaged in the under-forests economy. Whether the prod- uct is unmarketable or not have a significant impact on risk perception of workers who engaged in under-forests economy. Finally, it put forward corresponding measures and suggestions： to improve the under-forests economic risk prevention mechanism and price guarantee mechanism; to improve the organizational level of forests products production as well as entering the market integration special high quality forest products resources and to build new marketing platforms.
