森林公安数字化资源管理调度系统示范推广研究

Research on Demonstration and Promotion of Dispatching System of Forest Police Softimage Alienbrain Management

我国森林公安行业地区发展不平衡,民警综合素质亟需提高,而当下知识经济时代,公安信息网的文献资料难以满足民警的文化素质提升和终身学习的需求。利用计算机编程技术和网络通讯技术,基于分布式的结构实现森林公安行业范围内高等学府与地方单位的数字资源的共享,能够提供较为丰富的文化性和学术性数字资源。项目系统于2016年9月开始在江西省吉安市公安局推广,至今已在31个单位得到应用,产生了一定的社会效益和经济效益。

Chinese forest police presents imbalance in its development due to different regional economic development, and police comprehensive quality needs to be improved. With the advent of knowledge economy era, the literature supplied by the public security information network cannot satisfy the police＇ s needs of promoting artistic appreciation and life-long study. With the basis of distributed structure and the application of computer programming and network communication technology, the resource sharing between public security academies and local units of public security can offer abundant cultural and academic digital resources. In September 20]6, this system was first started in Ji＇an Public Security Bureau of Jiangxi Province. Nowadays, it has been widely applied in 31 units and has exerted certain social and economic benefits.
