增能理论视角下社会工作介入失独家庭养老服务问题研究——以福州市C街道为例

随着我国失独家庭的数量的不断增加,失独家庭这一特殊群体的养老问题更为复杂和严峻。在增能理论视角的指导下,选取福州市C街道为实地调查区域,采用访谈法和观察法的研究方式对C街道60岁以上的失独老人进行调查和个别深度访谈,了解分析失独家庭的现状及面临的养老困难,并以一个有代表性的失独家庭开展具体的个案社会工作介入,在此基础上提出有利于解决失独家庭存在的养老问题的对策和建议。

With the increasing number of one-child died families in our country, the pension problem of this special group has been more complex and serious than ever before. Under the guidance of the theory of empowerment theory, we surveyed and made individual in-depth interviews to the elderly at the C Street, Fuzhou. The participants were over 60 and lost their own children. The purpose of this study was to understand the current situation and the difficulties faced by the one-child died families, and chose a representative case of one-child died families to intervene with social work. On the basis of the study, we provide some suggestions and measures to solve the pension problem of one-child died families.
