电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定氧化铬绿中的钒

摘要 氧化铬绿在热高氯酸中使铬氧化,滴加盐酸直至无铬酰氯的棕色烟雾,大量铬被除去后,在稀盐酸介质中,以309.311nm波长的谱线作为钒的分析线,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定氧化铬绿中钒的含量。进行重复实验和加标回收实验,实验结果表明,氧化铬绿中钒相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.36%,加标回收率为92.2%。该方法降低了铬的基体干扰,提高了检测的灵敏度,检测结果准确。 Chrome oxide green in hot perchloric acid in the chromium oxide, adding hydrochloric acid until no chromium chloride brown smoke, after the removal of a large amount of chromium, in the dilute hydrochloric acid medium, the spectral line of 309.311nm wavelength was used as the analytical line of vanadium, determination of vanadium in chromium oxide green by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. The results of repeated experiments and standard recovery experiments show that the relative standard deviation (RSD) of vanadium in chrome green is 2.36%, and the recovery rate is about 92.2%. The method reduces the matrix interference of chromium, the detection sensitivity is improved and the test results are accurate.
