摘要
产羔数与绵羊养殖业的经济效益密切相关。对影响绵羊繁殖力的候选基因进行研究,可为我国绵羊高繁品种(系)的分子选育提供有益参考,大大加快高繁殖力绵羊品种(系)的繁育进程,对我国养羊业的发展具有十分重要的意义。为了补充完善和深化我们对产羔性状的认识,本文从遗传突变、基因表达水平和拷贝数差异方面综述了近年来国内外有关绵羊多羔性状候选基因的研究和进展情况,并对其应用前景进行展望,说明多羔性状候选基因在提高和稳定绵羊繁殖性能上的重要性。
Litter size is closely related to the economic benefit of sheep farming industry. Studies on candidate genes affecting sheep fecundity can provide beneficial reference for the molecular breeding of high prolific sheep breeds (lines) and greatly accelerate the breeding process of high fecundity sheep breeds (lines) in China. These studies are very important to the development of sheep industry in china. In order to complement and deepen our understanding of sheep prolific trait, advances of candidate genes affecting sheep fecundity were reviewed on the recent studies at home and abroad in the aspect of genetic mutation, candidate gene expression level and copy number variation (CNV), the prospect of their applications was anticipated as well. This illustrates the importance of candidate genes for prolific traits in the improvement and stability of sheep reproductive performance.
