摘要
为了解披碱草属6种牧草种质资源萌发期的抗旱性,采用营养液水培育苗法,利用10%PEG(聚乙二醇)模拟干旱胁迫环境,研究记录不同种质资源在水分胁迫下其发芽率、活力指数、丙二醛含量、相对电导率、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量等指标的变化。综合分析各指标得出披碱草属6种牧草种质资源萌发期的抗旱性呈如下趋势:垂穗披碱草>圆柱披碱草>披碱草>短芒披碱草>麦宾草>老芒麦,结果表明:垂穗披碱草、圆柱披碱草和披碱草具有良好的抗旱性。这项研究对有效提高干旱区草地退化治理具有重要意义。
To understand the drought resistance of seed germination of cover with alkali genus,by using hydroponic nutrient seedling,using 10% PEG (polyethylene glycol) to simulate the drought stress environment. The research recorded the changes of the indicators of germination rate.the seed vigor index,malondialdehyde content,the relative electrical conductivity ,soluble sugar content and soluble protein content.Various indexes with alkali grass of 6 kinds of forage germplasm resources germination were analysied comprehensively as follows:Hanging ear cover with alkali grass 〉 〉 cylinder cover with alkali grass cover with alkali grass 〉 short mans with alkali grass 〉 MaiBin 〉 old mans wheat grass.The results indicated that the alkali grass with hanging ears and alkali grass, cylinder cover with alkali grass and alkali grass have good drought resistance. The reserach would be importance for improving the drought grassland degradation governance effectively.
