摘要
以咔唑和1,4-二溴苯为初始原料,经Ullmann反应、NBS亲电取代反应、Suzuki偶联和有机锂试剂法等反应,合成了9-[4'-(吡啶-2-位)-(1,1'-联二苯-4-位)]-3,6-咔唑二硼酸,并对影响反应的重要因素进行了考察和讨论。采用1H NMR,元素分析等方法对产品的纯度和结构进行了分析表征。
9 - (4"- ( pyridin - 2 - yl) - [ 1,1 "- biphenyl ] - 4 - yl) carbazole - 3,6 - diyl) diboronic acid materials have been synthesized by Ullmann reaction, NBS electrophilie substitution, Suzuki cross -coupling reaction, Organic lithium reagent method using carbazole and 1,4 - dibromobenzene as the starting materials. The conditions which influence the reaction result were investigated and discussed. The purity and structure of the products were characterized by I H NMR, Elementary analysis , Mass soectrum.
