The Application of Ethoxylated Trimethylolpropane Triacrylate on Silicone Rubber Vulcanized by Highly Reactive Peroxide Curing Agent

摘要 在通用型过氧化物硫化体系硅橡胶中,利用硫化仪和溶剂溶胀平衡法,研究乙氧基化三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(ETPTA)作为助硫化剂对硅橡胶硫化性能和交联结构的影响。通过进一步的检测分析,详细研究ETPTA对硅橡胶基本物理性能的影响。通过热老化处理测试,研究ETPTA对硅橡胶热稳定性能的影响。结果表明,ETPTA能有效调控硅橡胶的硫化性能和交联结构,进而提高硅橡胶的拉伸强度、撕裂强度和硬度等物理性能,但是硅橡胶的压缩永久变形率却随着ETPTA含量的增加而显著增大。热老化测试表明,ETPTA降低了硅橡胶的抗热老化性能。 A study on silicone rubber vulcanize with highly reactive peroxide vulcanizing agent. The influences of ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylate (ETPTA) as co - curing agent on vulcanizing properties and crosslinking structure of silicone rubber are studied by curometer and swelling equilibrium method. The effects of ETPTA on basic physical properties are researched by systematic test. Moreover, the impacts of ETPTA on thermal stability are studied by thermal ageing research. The results show that ETPTA can regulate the vulcanizing properties and erosslinking structure of silicone rubber. Furthermore, the tensile strength, tear strength and hardness are improved, the compression set are significantly increased with increase the content of ETPTA. The thermal ageing researchs show that the thermal stability of silicone rubbers are decreased by ETPTA.
