摘要
采用体视显微镜和直读式密度计对不同厂家生产的粉末状不溶性硫黄IS7020在天然橡胶中的分散性进行了研究。结果表明,国产IS7020在105,115℃热稳定性上接近或达到Flexsys的IS7020,但120℃热稳定性还有很大差距,在天然橡胶中的分散性较Flexsys的明显要差,不仅颗粒大,而且分散均匀性差;随混炼时间延长,IS7020在天然橡胶中分散性改善。
This article studied the dispersibility of IS7020 in natural rubber by stereo microscope and densitometer. The results showed that the thermal stability at 105℃ and 115℃ of IS7020 made by three companies in China was close to the same product made by Flexsys, but the thermal stability at 120℃ and the dispersibility in NR of IS7020 made by the three companies in China were worse obviously than the same product made by Flexsys. It also showed that the dispersibility of IS7020 in NR compounds got better when the comounding time prolonged.
