无磷缓蚀阻垢剂的研究及其应用

摘要 山东某化工厂循环水系统一直采用含磷配方的阻垢剂,后续污水处理困难,并且不满足环保的要求,为了解决这一问题,本文针对该厂的水质指标对无磷缓蚀阻垢剂进行了筛选试验,最终确定了采用无磷缓蚀阻垢剂GN-2112和无磷缓蚀增效剂GN-2115协同使用的加药方案,并确定了最佳投加浓度及配比,与含磷系列配方相比,现场运行情况良好,具有显著的环境效益。 The chemical plant of shandong always use phosphorus - Scale Corrosion Inhibitor for ciralating water system, The subsequent wastewater treatment is difficult, and does not meet the requirements of environmental protection. In order to solve this problem, this paper screened out non phosphorus corrosion inhibitor based on the quality index of this plantand, ultimately determine the dosing regimen using non phosphorus corrosion inhibitor GN -2112 and non phosphorus corrosion synergists GN - 2115 system, and determine the the optimal dosage and ratio, compared with phosphorus series formula, running well and has significant environmental benefits.
