脱氢尾气压缩机汽轮机背压蒸汽改为0.35MPa蒸汽可行性分析 被引量:1

摘要 简述了苯乙烯装置各压力等级蒸汽管网的平衡关系;介绍了本装置脱氢尾气压缩机汽轮机的运行与能耗情况,并与国内同类装置进行了简单的对比,分析了将本装置脱氢尾气压缩机汽轮机背压蒸汽改为0.35MPa蒸汽的可行性。若改为背压蒸汽为0.35MPa的汽轮机,预计投资400万元,但每年可节约3.5MPa蒸汽4.368万吨,单位产品综合能耗可降低约6.55kgEo/t苯乙烯。 This paper briefly described the balance between the pressure level of steam pipe of styrene unit , introduced the operation and energy consumption of the dehydrogenation tail gas compressor turbine, and a simple comparison with the domestic similar device have been made, analyzed the feasibility of the discharge pressure of the dehydrogenation tail gas compressor turbine to 0.35MPa. If the discharge pressure of the steam turbine is 0.35MPa, 4 million Yuan is expected to invest , but annual savings of 3.5MPa steam is 43680 tons, the overall energy consumption per unit of product will reduce 19.16 kgEo/t styrene.
