摘要
以某装置变换炉为例,利用ANSYS对其下封头的带弯头接管进行有限元应力分析,经计算得出该部位的应力分布状态,评定其强度满足相关标准要求。同时针对弯头承载能力进行安全可靠的建模分析,为工程设计和后续检测提供理论依据及参考价值。
This paper takes a device shift furnace as example, and finite element analysis has been used for the nozzle with elbow on the bottom head by applying ANSYS, then the stress distribution have been carried out and the result meets the relevant standards. Reliable modeling and analysis have been taken to calculate load - carrying capability of the elbow. These results can provide theoretical basis and valuable reference for the engineering design and follow - up testing.
