摘要
目的探究临床对于2型糖尿病患者合并肺部感染选择胰岛素配合痰热清进行治疗的效果。方法选取2013年10月至2016年6月我院收治的2型糖尿病合并肺部感染患者82例,对照组41例使用胰岛素加抗生素进行肺部抗感染治疗,观察组患者41例选择用胰岛素控制血糖在理想水平下使用常规抗生素配伍痰热清治疗,对比临床成效。结果观察组患者肺部感染相关临床、影像表现改善,干预后血糖水平及改善血糖用时以及患者体内各项离子指标,感染生化指标都优于对照组,以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预前两组患者血糖差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于临床患有2型糖尿病同时合并肺部感染的患者,选择痰热清配合胰岛素与抗生素结合治疗,能够缩短缓解患者的肺部感染和血糖控制用时,更好地改善患者的酸碱平衡状态,推荐临床广泛应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tanreqing combined with insulin in treatmentofpatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with pulmonary infection. Methods 82 patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with pulmonary in- fection in our hospital from October 2013 to June 2016 were selected. 41 patients in control group were used insulin plus antibiotics for pulmonary anti infection treatment,while 41 cases of patients in the study group were received conventional antibiotic treatment combined withTanreqingafter given insulin to control blood glucose to the ideal level, and the clinical curative effect of two groups were compared. Results The clinical and imaging performance of pulmonary infection of patients in the study group were signifi- candy improved. After intervention, the blood glucose level and the time to improve the blood glucoseof patients in the study group, as well as the various ions indicators in the patient's body, and the biochemical index of infection were all better than those in con- trol group. And all of the differences above were statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). There was no significant difference in blood glucose between the two groups before intervention( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion For clinical patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with pulmonary infection, the use of Tanreqing combined with insulin and antibiotic therapy can shorten the remission of lung infection and the time of blood glucose control, better improving the acid-base status of patients, which should be recommen- ded for wide aoolication in clinic.
