摘要
为阐明温度和光照对高山姬鼠产热能力的影响,对不同温度和光照驯化条件下高山姬鼠的体重、静止代谢率和非颤抖性产热进行了测定。结果表明:温度和光照对于高山姬鼠的体重、静止代谢率和非颤抖性产热影响差异显著,低温和短光可以刺激高山姬鼠的产热能力增加。
In order to clarify the influence of temperature and photoperiod on thermogenic properties in Apodemus chevrieri, body mass, resting metabolic rate and non--shivering thermogenesis were measured in different tempera- ture and photoperiod acclimations. The results showed that temperature and photoperiod had significant effects on body mass, resting metabolic rate and non--shivering thermogenesis. All of the results indicated that cold temperature and short photoperiod can stimulate the increase of thermogenic properties in Apodemus chevrieri.
