摘要
筛选了采自新疆艾比湖湿地的土壤中的纤维素降解菌,并测定了其中具有较高降解效率的8株菌的纤维素酶活。结果表明:经过初筛分离纯化后,共得到纤维素降解菌74株菌,属26个种,筛到的厚壁菌门Firmicutes芽孢杆菌属Bacillus细菌最多,有14个种,菌株13C12(Bacillus aquimaris)的纤维素酶活最高,滤纸酶(FPase)活为21.4U/mL,内切葡聚糖酶酶活达37.4U/mL,外切葡聚糖酶(Avicelase)为19.2U/mL,β-葡萄糖苷酶酶活为24.6U/mL,Bacillus aquimaris可尝试作为工业产酶菌株进行后续试验。
This study screened the cellulose degrading bacteria from the soil of the Ebinur Lake Wetland in Xinjiang and determined the cellulase activity of 8 strains with high degradation efficiency. The result showed that a total of 24 cellulose degrading bacteria were obtained belonging to 26 species after screening and purification. Bacillus of the Phylum Firmicutes had the largest number of bacteria with 14 species. Strain 13C12 (Bacillus aquimaris) had the highest cellulase activity. The activity of filter paper enzyme (FPase) was 21.4 U/mL; the activity ofa--glucosidase was up to 37.4 U/mL; the activity of Avicelase was about 19.2 U/mL; the activity of β- glucosidase was as high as 24.6 U/mL. Strain Bacillus aquimaris may be used as an industrial enzyme producing strain for subsequent experiments.
