摘要
为探究六神丸含服对炎性和神经病理性疼痛的治疗作用,将90只昆明小鼠,按时间点(1/3h,1h,6h)随机分成3组每组分别设模型组、吗啡治疗组(10mg/kg/d,腹腔注射)、双氯酚酸钠治疗组(15mg/kg/d;灌胃)、六神丸低高剂量组(2.812mg/kg/d、14.06mg/kg/d;含服),于给药1/3h、1h、6h后腹腔注射0.6%醋酸溶液,观察了各组小鼠30min内的扭体次数.另将15只雄性SD大鼠,给予紫杉醇(8mg/kg/3d)建立神经病理性疼痛模型并随机均分为模型组、六神丸治疗组,分别在0、2、4、6、12d后检测了1.875mg/kg/d六神丸治疗后大鼠的热、冷和机械痛阈值和肝组织H&E染色。结果表明:2.812mg/kg/d的六神丸能抑制醋酸引起的炎性疼痛,在体内的作用时间持久;1.875mg/kg/d六神丸含服给药能明显降低紫杉醇导致大鼠的热、冷和机械痛阈值,明显改善紫杉醇导致的大鼠肝脏损伤,减少肝脏炎症。因此少量的六神丸含服有助于缓解炎性疼痛和神经病理性疼痛。
To study the therapeutic effect of sublingual form of Liushenpill on inflammatory and neuropathic pain, 90 Kunming mice were randomly divided into three groups according to the time points (1/3 h, 1 hand 6 h). Each group was randomly divided into five sub--groups of 6 mice: model group, morphine treatment group (ipl0 mg/kg/d,), diclofenac sodium treatment group fig, 15 mg/kg/d)and Liuishen pill low-- and high dose treatment groups (2. 812 mg/kg/d and 14.06 mg/kg/d). The mice were injected intraperitoneally with 0. 6% acetic acid solution for 1 min, 1 h and 6 h, and the number of writhing within 30 win was observed. 15 male SD rats were intraperitoneally injected with paclitaxel to establish neuropathy pain model which were further divided randomly into model group and LSW treatment group. At 0, 2, 4, 6 and 12 day's treatment of 1. 875 mg/kg/d Liushen pills, the thermal, cold and me- chanical pain thresholds of rats were detected and liver tissues were stained with hematoxylin and eosin (Hg〉E). The results showed that 2. 812 mg/kg/d dose of I.iushen pill could inhibit inflammatory pain caused by acetic acid with long duration in the body. 1. 875 mg/kg/d Liushen pill could also obviously decrease the thermal, cold and mechani- cal pain threshold. Moreover, it could significantly alleviate hepatitis damage of rats induced by paclitaxel and reduce liver inflammation. Therefore, a small amount of Liushen pill could be helpful to relieve the inflammatory and neuro- pathic pain.
