Cells laboratory is an essential platform for scientific research in the field of biomedical engineering. How to establish, manage and maintain cell laboratory has always been an important problem. Based on the experience of In- stitute of Biomedical Engineering and Health Sciences of Changzhou University, construction, personnel training, management and daily maintenance of cell laboratory were discussed in order to promote the relevant areas of scientific research and achieve sustainable development.
