基于Mn掺杂ZnS量子点构建小檗碱磷光检测方法的研究

摘要 本研究以3-巯基丙酸(MPA)包覆的Mn掺杂Zn S量子点为光学材料,基于小檗碱可通过电子转移效应猝灭MPA包覆Mn掺杂Zn S量子点室温磷光的机理,建立了一种可简单、快速测定小檗碱的磷光检测方法.在最佳实验条件下,量子点磷光猝灭程度与小檗碱浓度之间呈良好的线性关系,线性范围为0.4μg m L^(-1)~16μg m L^(-1),方法检出限为0.17μg m L^(-1),所建立的方法可有效避免部分共存物质的干扰并可用于实际药品中小檗碱含量的快速测定. A facile and simple phosphorescent method has been developed for the detection of berberine based on the effect of berberine on the room-temperature phosphorescence (RTP) of MPA (3-mercaptopropionic Acid)-capped Mn-doped ZnS quantum dots (QDs), which could be remarkably quenched by berberine due to e- lectron transfer. Under the optimized conditions, the RTP intensity change of MPA-capped Mn-doped ZnS QDs was proportional to the concentration of berberine in the range from 0.4 to 16.0 μg· mL^-1 , and the detection limit was 0.17 μg · mL^-1 The proposed method is relatively free of interference from coexisting substances, which can be successfully applied to the detection of berberine in real samples.
