Bibliometric analysis on the research on “public security information” in recent decade——based on CNKI digital resources

十年来,随着公安情报研究的逐渐深入,提出了"大情报"和"情报主导警务"的理念,公安情报的重要性和现实意义愈加凸显。公安机关从大量杂乱无序的信息中整理、加工、提炼出情报并运用情报,提高了警务效能。从文献来源、文献内容、研究的现实意义等角度对"公安情报"研究为主题的学术文献进行计量统计分析,有助于公安情报研究的进一步深化,以期逐步实现以"大情报、小行动"的警务模式,引导警务决策,创新警务理念,开启有效预防和打击犯罪的警务战略新方向。

Over the past decade, with the deepening of the research on public security information, the idea of ＂big intelligence＂ and ＂intelligence - led policing＂ has been put forward, so the importance and practical signifi- cance of public security information have become more and more prominent. Public security organs sort out, process ,refine and use the intelligence from a large number of disorderly information, which can improve the po- licing effectiveness. This paper makes a statistical analysis of the academic literature of ＂public security informa- tion＂ from the perspective of literature source ,literature content and practical significance of the research,hoping to benefit the research on the subject of public security information, with a view to gradually realize the policing mode of ＂big intelligence, small action＂ to guide the decision- making of the police, innovative policing concept and open the new strategic direction to effectively prevent and fight the crime.
