摘要
针对毫米波同轴连接器使用中存在的不适当方式,通过模拟建立模型进行仿真,得到最优化结果。运用三维高频仿真软件(HFSS)找出连接器性能与空气匹配腔参量间的一般规律,避免高频电路设计和装配中因端口不匹配带来的不必要麻烦,同时为分析毫米波射频元器件提供了一种行之有效的方法。
In the paper, the improper use of MMW coaxial connector is overviewed. A simulation model is implemented to obtain the optimum output while 3-dimension HFSS is used to discover the general law between the connector condition and the parameters of air matching cavity to avoid port inconsistency between design and assembly. The paper also provides a practical and effective method to analyze the MMV RF metadata accessories.
