摘要
建构主义教学理论现有讨论较多聚焦于基础教育、普通高等教育、职业教育等领域,而较少关注我国特殊的成人高等教育领域,特别是由各级广播电视大学承担的成人高等教育。本文从广播电视大学成人高等教育学生的特点出发,认为建构主义教学理论应用于成人教育领域,不仅要在教学管理、教学法等方面着手,还要在引导电大学生树立正确的学习观的基础上,摒弃以教师为中心、强调知识传授、把学生当作知识灌输对象的传统教学模式,建立满足电大学生多样化学习需求的教学模式,才能更好地为学生学习服务。
Constructivism-based teaching theories are explored more in conventional educations like primary and secoudary education, tertiary education, and vocational education than in adult-oriented tertiary education, not to mention that of TV university. The present study endeavors to analyze the approaches to applying the constructivism-based teaching theories to teaching reform in the TVU. The study proposes that firstly, learners' characteristics shall be taken into full consideration; secondly, awareness of learner-centeredness instead of teacher-centeredness shall be strengthened; thirdly and finally, divers teaching methodologies shall be tailored to cater to individual learners' specific needs.
