摘要
广播电视大学向开放大学转型的过程中,师资队伍建设对开放教育教学质量有着举足轻重的意义。开放大学教师的专业发展具有其自身的特点和规律。本研究使用问卷调查和统计分析相结合的研究方法,选取国家开放大学(广州)的80位教师为调查对象,对其基本情况、专业发展、目标定位、教育教学理念、专业知识和专业能力、专业发展途径等方面展开问卷调查,了解开放大学教师专业发展的现状,从自主发展、合作学习和在职培训等三个方面提出开放大学教师专业发展的对策,为开放大学教师队伍的专业发展和队伍建设提供一定的参考。
Teachers play an important role in the reform to transform a radio and TV university into an open university, and in improving the teaching quality particularly. Their professional development displays unique characteristics and is governed by specific laws. The present study polled 80 teachers in Open University of China(Guangzhou), and used questionnaire survey and statistical analysis to investigate the status quo of teachers' professional development in perspectives of goal prospects, ideologies, expertise, and approaches etc. The study then puts forward three strategies to facilitate teachers' professional development, that is, teachers' self-directed development, inter-teacher collaborative development and universitysupported on-the-job training.
