摘要
教师信息技术应用能力培训是技术时代教师专业发展的常态化工作,但长期以来培训教学创新乏力、实效不彰的问题一直存在。该研究基于对信息技术应用能力的内涵分析,运用设计型学习理论对培训活动进行了重新设计,构建了一种新的活动框架。新模型整合了多种有效学习模式的优势,为能力培训提供了新视角和新思路。
In era of informationization, it is a routine for teachers to receive training to foster their information technology application skills as an integrative part of their professional development. However, training has not been innovated enough to produce desired results for a long time. The present study analyzes the components made up of information technology application skills, and in light of design-based learning theory, the study constructs a new framework to redesign training activities. This new framework aims to exploit advantages of various learning models, and provide a new perspective into the training.
