广东现代职业教育助推新型城镇化发展的问题与对策

Developing Modern Vocational Education to Promote New Urbanization in Guangdong Province:Problems and Solutions

新型城镇化是当前和今后一个时期我国经济社会可持续发展的重大战略任务,其核心和要义在于农业转移人口市民化、享受城市基本公共服务及获得融入城市的职业能力和技术水平,加快发展现代职业教育既是新型城镇化发展的基本内容,也是新型城镇化发展的必要条件。本文从分析广东当前职业教育发展存在的问题与原因出发,就加快发展现代职业教育助推新型城镇化,提出了加大职业教育布局统筹力度、加大农村职业教育投入力度、加大职业教育管理体制改革力度、加大职业教育课程内容方式协调力度、加大农业转移人口市民化试点力度等若干政策建议。

As one of the key strategies to promote China's social and economic sustainable development at present and even in the years to come, new urbanization means village populations will become citizens with access to basic urban service and opportunity to improve their professional capacity and specialized skill. Thus accelerating modern vocational education is both one of the fundamental components and prerequisites of new urbanization. This paper analyzes problems in developing modern vocational education and underlying causes. Then the study proposes solutions to these problems in terms of planning,investment, management, curriculum design, and pilot programming etc.
