城乡二元文化背景下关于流动超常儿童融合教育问题的探讨

摘要 城镇化运动的深入发展直接导致了流动儿童规模的大量增加。作为乡村亚文化的代言人,他们能否顺利地享受公平的教育资源,很大程度上取决于教育环境和教育理念。作为特殊教育的对象之一,超常儿童在普通班接受特殊教育是我国超常教育的发展趋势。具有双重特殊身份的流动超常儿童要想实现教育公平,既要使其接受与城市儿童相同的普通教育,又要满足他们的特殊教育需要。文章以流动超常儿童为例,从其特殊教育需要和融合教育的基本原则出发,得出结论:城乡二元文化之间的互相尊重、理解和包容,才是实现流动超常儿童教育公平的根本。 With the further development of the urbanization movement, migrant children are increasing year by year. As the spokesperson of rural subculture, whether they can enjoy the fair education resources mainly depends on educational environment and idea. Gifted and talented children are one of the education- al objects of special education, so they will study in normal classes and own special treat, which is the trend of gifted education in our country. Migrant gifted and talented children own dual identities, which means if they want fair education, they not only have to accept the same general education with urban chil- dren, but also meet their special education needs. This study takes migrant gifted and talented children as an example, based on the special education needs and principles of inclusive education, draws the following conclusion: the root of fair education of migrant gifted and talented children is based on the respect, under- standing and tolerance between urban and rural hi-cultures.
