The Effect and Development Direction of the Inner Party Supervision Mechanism in the New Situation

党内监督运行机制由若干构成要素耦合而成。全面从严治党以来,党内监督运行机制的静态构成要素更为系统化、指向性要素更为明晰化、动态过程要素更为严格化,取得了显著成效,但仍存在一些薄弱环节。进一步优化党内监督运行机制要求保障党员民主监督权利,充实自下而上监督;以党委主体责任为抓手,强化平行监督和事中监督;落实权力运行公开、干部财产公示,畅通监督信息机制;改革国家监察体制,以党内监督引领、整合权力监督体系。

The inner party supervision mechanism consists of several components. Since ＂comprehensively strengthen Party discipline＂, these components had been systematized clearly and strictly. But there are still some weak aspects. To further optimize the inner party supervision and oDeration mechanism, we must protect the democratic supervision rights of Party members, strengthen the main responsibilities of the Party committee, promote the open operation of power and reform the state supervision system.
