摘要 针对火箭发动机试验过程中的参数监测问题,提出一种采用ZigBee技术的无线监控系统。发动机运行中的温度、压力和振动数据由传感器节点采集,并通过搭建ZigBee无线通信网络将数据传输到中心协调器;协调器与上位机通过串口连接,将数据发送到计算机中;另外,采用LabVIEW设计上位机监测软件对数据进行获取,并存储到Access数据库中,最终实现对试验参数的无线监控任务。测试结果显示,系统可以稳定有效地测量温度、压力和振动信息,为后续发动机试验搭载任务的实施奠定了基础。 Aiming at the problem of monitoring parameters of rocket engine test, proposes a wireless monitoring system using ZigBee technology. The engine operation temperature, pressure and vibration data of the engine are collected by sensor nodes, and by building a ZigBee wireless communication network to transmit the data to the central coordinator. The coordinator and the host computer connect with the serial port to send data to the computer. In addition, the data were obtained by using LabVIEW to design PC monitoring software, and stored in the Access database, realize the wireless monitoring task of test parameters finally. The test results show that the system can be stable and effective measurement of temperature, pressure and vibration information, which lays the foundation for the implementation of the following engine test carrying the task.
