摘要
以某铅阳极泥精矿为原料,对精选工艺进行了系统优化。实验表明,当矿浆浓度为10%,p H值为2,丁基钠黄药用量为0.50 kg/t,丁基铵黑药用量为0.25 kg/t,六偏磷酸钠的用量为3.5 kg/t时,精选效果最好。精矿中金的品位由0.58%升高到0.71%,回收率为87.90%,银的品位由28.71%升高到35.42%,回收率为95.01%。优化后的贵金属的回收率比传统火法熔炼提高5%~10%,并提高了处理能力,降低了成本,可用于企业规模化生产。
In this paper, the further concentrate technology of lead anode slime concentrate was optimized systematically. The results showed that, when the slurry concentration was 15%, the pH value controlled at 2, the dosage of sodium n-butyl xanthate is 0.5 kg/t, the dosage of aerofloat is 0. 25 kg/t, and the amount of sodium hexametaphosphate is 3.5 kg/t, the results of experiments were the best.
