多密度矿粒干法分选装置设计及试验研究

摘要 由于传统的重选法、浮选法和磁选法等选矿工艺技术的制约,尾矿中仍含有很多有价金属物质未被选出,且对环境都造成了极大的污染。依据多密度矿物干法分选原理,自行设计制造一台多密度干法分选装置,通过试验研究得出,在不同分布距离上,当风速为4.2 m/s时金属铜风选富集效果最佳;在不同分布距离上,粒径越大,钨含量则越高,粒径为200~300μm时组分含量达到最大值69.7%;本试验装置达到了结构简单、体积小、零污染且能高效分离不同矿物金属等特性。 Due to the restriction of the traditional technique of gravity separation, flotation and magnetic separation, there are still a lot of valuable metals are not sorted in tailings, and the long-term accumulation of tailings caused serious pollution to the environment.
