摘要
以9个菜心品种为试材,通过测定脯氨酸含量、相对电导率、成活率、提早抽薹率以及冷害指数等,对其耐寒性进行了综合评价与聚类分析。结果表明,低温下,菜心的耐寒性与脯氨酸含量、成活率呈正比,而与相对电导率、提早抽薹率和冷害指数呈反比;菜心的冷害指数与脯氨酸含量、成活率呈极显著负相关,与相对电导率、提早抽薹率呈极显著正相关;聚类分析得出,尖叶40天、油绿粗薹和四九-19号为不耐寒型,油绿70天、油绿701和油绿702为较耐寒型,油绿80天、迟心4号和油绿802为耐寒型。山东及周边地区早春与晚秋季节适宜栽培迟心4号和油绿802等耐寒性较好的晚熟菜心品种。
The content of proline, relative electrical conductivity, survival rate, early bolting rate and chilling injury index were measured in nine flowering Chinese cabbage cultivars, and their cold tolerance were evaluated and conducted cluster analysis. The results showed that the cold resistance of cabbage was propor- tional to proline content and survival rate at low temperature, but inversely proportional to relative electrical conductivity, early bolting rate and chilling injury index. The chilling injury index of flowering Chinese cab- bage was significantly negatively correlated with proline content and survival rate, and had significantly posi- tive correlations with relative electrical conductivity and early bolting rate. The results of cluster analysis showed that Jianye 40 Days, Youliicutai and Sijiu - 19 were non - cold - resistant type, and Youlti 70 Days, Youlti 701 and Youlti 702 were relatively more cold -resistant type, Youlti 80 Days, Chixin 4 and Youlti 802 were cold - resistant type. The cold - resistant and late - flowering cabbage varieties, Chixin 4 and Youlti 802, were suitable for cultivation in early spring and late autumn in Shandong and surrounding areas.
