摘要
以紫甘薯品种济紫薯1号为材料,研究不同栽插期、不同氮素水平丘陵壤土对其产量和品质的影响。结果表明,济紫薯1号在5月上中旬栽插薯干产量均超过9 000.0 kg/hm^2,5月中旬栽插花青素含量达到最高为906 mg/kg鲜薯;土壤中、低氮肥力水平(速效氮38~86 mg/kg)下济紫薯1号T/R值适宜,薯干产量超过9 000.0 kg/hm^2,花青素含量大于800 mg/kg鲜薯。因此,济紫薯1号适宜在5月中旬、速效氮含量38~86 mg/kg的丘陵壤土上种植。
In this study, the purple sweetpotato cv. Jizishu 1 was used as the materials to investigate the effects of different transplanting times, hill loam with different nitrogen levels on yield and quality of purple sweetpotato. The results showed that the yield of root dry matter were more than 9 000.0 kg/hm^2 when trans- planting before the middle of May, the anthocyanin content reached the highest of 906 mg/kg in fresh root when transplanting in the middle of May. At the middle and low nitrogen levels (38 - 86 mg/kg of available nitrogen), the T/R value was good for root growth, the yield of root dry matter was more than 9 000.0 kg/hm^2, and the anthocyanin content was more than 800 mg/kg in fresh root. Therefore, Jizishu 1 was suit- able to be transplanted in the hill loam with 38 - 86 mg/kg of available nitrogen in the middle of May.
