乳制品加工企业安全生产影响因素分析--基于期望效用理论和社会互动理论

Analysis of the Influential Factors of Safe Production of Dairy Products Processing Enterprises--Based on Expect Utility Theory and Social Interaction Theory

基于期望效用理论和社会互动理论分析乳制品加工企业自身风险态度及同行业其他企业的社会互动对企业安全生产决策的影响。研究发现,乳制品加工企业经营者对风险的规避程度越高,则其生产劣质乳制品的可能性越小。乳制品加工企业自身因素与行业内其他企业的安全生产行为对乳制品加工企业安全生产决策是互补的作用。基于此,提出加强对乳制品加工企业的安全生产监管,促使企业经营者自觉克制对违规、违法生产等风险行为的偏好;充分发挥乳制品行业协会的引导作用,缓解和消除行业内互动机制的负面示范效应等建议。

Based on the expect utility theory and social interaction theory,this paper analyses how dairy processing enterprises own risk attitude and other industry enterprise social interaction affect the enterprise safe production decision.Studies have found,the higher the risk aversion is of enterprises operators,the less possibility of its production of inferior milk.Dairy products processing enterprises’own factors and safe production behaviors of other companies plays a complementary role in safe production decision of dairy processing enterprises.Based on this,this paper puts forward suggestions about strengthening the safe production of dairy products processing enterprises,while encouraging business operators to be conscientious of restraining from the risk behavior preferences like rule-breaking and illegal production.It is advisable to give full play to the guiding role of the dairy industry association,alleviating and eliminating the industry interaction mechanism of negative demonstration effect.
