Experience and Enlightenment of International cooperation in Running Schools in Developed Countries

随着高等教育的快速发展,跨国合作办学作为教育国际化的一种新的发展趋势,在发达国家已发展地较为成熟。为了跟上时代的发展步伐,提升我国高等教育的发展水平,中外合作办学一方面要积极学习和借鉴发达国家国际合作办学的先进经验,另一方面政府要加强教育层面的宏观调控,建立符合我国国情和区域发展的中外合作办学的内外部质量保障体系,培养出优秀的国际人才。

With the rapid development of higher education driven by penetrating globalization,international cooperation in running schools has grown to be mature as a new trend of higher education in developed countries.In order to keep up with the times,enhance the level of development of China’s higher education,sino-foreign cooperation in running schools has to learn successful experiences and lessons from developed countries.On the other hand,based on China’s actual conditions and different areas’demands,our government should strengthen the education level of macroeconomic regulation and establish internal and external quality guarantee mechanism to cultivate excellent international talents.
