医学生学习倦怠与焦虑现况及其相关因素相关性探究 被引量:4

The study of current situation,factors and correlation of learning burnout and anxiety in medical students

摘要 目的调查医学生学习倦怠与焦虑现况,探讨其相关因素及相关性。方法发放学习倦怠与焦虑量表,对分层随机抽样选取的青海大学医学院634名学生进行测试。结果 38.33%的学生存在学习倦怠,31.38%的学生存在焦虑;学习倦怠方面,男生情绪低落、行为不当及学习倦怠总体评分显著高于女生(均P<0.05),生源地为青海的学生低成就感评分显著高于外省(P<0.05),汉族学生低成就感评分显著低于回、藏两族(均P<0.05),三年级学生情绪低落评分显著高于二、四年级(均P<0.05),行为不当评分显著高于四年级(P<0.05),不同户口类别间学习倦怠评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);焦虑方面,不同性别、户口类别、生源地、民族和年级间焦虑评分均无显著性差异(均P>0.05);焦虑与学习倦怠及其三个维度之间呈显著正相关(均P<0.01)。结论医学生存在一定的学习倦怠与焦虑问题,且影响因素众多,应采取相应措施给于积极的干预。 Objective This research's purpose is to investigate current situation about both learning burnout and anxiety, and to discuss their related factors and correlation. Methods Giving out scales about learning burnout and anxiety ,we test 634 students of Qinghai University Medical Collage who were investigated with stratified random sampling.Results About 38.33% students have learning burnout and 31.38% students have anxiety.Boy students have higher scores than girls about feeling down in the dumps, misconduct and the overall result of learning burnout (all P〈 0.05).Students who come from Qinghai province have higher score than other provinces in low personal accomplishment (P〈0.05), and students of Han nationality also have lower scores than Huinationality and Tibetan in this part (all P〈0.05).Grade three students significantly feel more inferior in personal accomplishment than grade two and four (all P〈0.05), and have more misconduct than grade four students (P〈0.05).The effect of different registered permanent residence category on learning burnout has no significant (P〉0.05).The score of anxiety have no significant among students in gender,registered permanent residence category,origin of students,nationality and grade(all P〉0.05). Anxiety reflects positive correlation with learning burnout and its dimension (all P〈0.05).Conclusion To some degree, medicine students have a little problems about anxiety and learning burnout which contain many factors, and we should take some measures to interfere them.
